About Abood
Before October 7, he used to be a manager of the first cat cafe in Gaza called, “The Meow Cat Cafe.” He fed and cared for 20 cats and served delicious desserts to people who also loved cats. The beloved cat cafe was bombed by Israel and the 21 cats all died.
Until then, he’s been facing challenges after challenges. His brother’s left leg got injured from an attack and has gotten infected multiple times, his campaign holder stole all his GoFundMe money when he was so close to reaching his goal (he showed the receipts and recorded phone conversations about this), he almost got shot multiple times by the IDF, and he’s trying to look for jobs because his family of 5 is running out of money.
